What you’ll be doingIndependently execute IT support tasks and resolve tickets Manage user accounts and groups in Microsoft 365 Administer company tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Notion Support VPN configuration and basic scripting for automation Set up and support workplace IT (meeting rooms, printers, event setups) Participate in IT projects related to process improvement and standardization Troubleshoot technical issues and escalated complex problems when necessary Handle basic procurement of IT equipment What we are looking forHands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 and IT system administration Ability to prioritize and resolve support requests independently Knowledge of automation workflows such as Power Automate or Zapier Familiarity with tool configuration Clear and proactive communication with team leads and engineering Fluent in English Based in São Paulo Bonus points forCompTIA A+ or similar certification Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS‑900) or equivalent Basic Project Management course About Superbet GroupSuperbet is a global tech and entertainment company committed to delivering thrilling, technology‑driven sports‑betting and gaming experiences to millions of customers worldwide.
