What You Will Do
  • Assist in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services.
  • Support the maintenance and monitoring of IT operations to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior technical architects and engineers to develop scalable and secure infrastructure designs.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the Service Desk on complex issues to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Drive the daily management ticket process in coordination with the Country Service Delivery Manager and technical teams to ensure efficient issue tracking and resolution.
  • Document infrastructure architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Assist in the evaluation and integration of new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure efficiency.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to operations teams.
  • Assist with designing the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring enterprise technology architecture compliance of projects and products.
  • Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of Vontier and all verticals network capabilities and constraints.
  • Develop and present business case material for senior prospects and customer stakeholders. Create and deliver tailored presentations.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer/business related subject or equivalent work experience or appropriate professional certifications.
  • Three to five years of design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in a minimum of two of the following technical disciplines: infrastructure and network design, servers and storage, database management and operations, clustering technologies, virtualization, cloud technologies, active directory.
  • Exposure to multiple and diverse technical configurations, technologies, and process improvements. Project Management. AWS/Azure O365 Platform VBS (VSM, VOC, APM, PSP and ITEL). Ability to drive and manage vendor support relationships. Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, analytical and technical skills; excellent written and verbal communication; strong planning and organizational abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
