**What we are looking for**:
This position will be involved in strategic and operational activities to support Labor and Contract areas.
In contracts, main activities are: drafting, analysing and negotiation of all sorts of national and international agreements (including meetings with suppliers)
Labor: management of external Law Firms, definition of strategic approaches in lawsuits; labor and union advisory; labor intelligence strategies and risk management of our operations (identigying risks and proactively suggest actions to mitigate them); legal operation tools and administrative activities.
**What are you going to do**:
(i) Contract Area:National/international contracts, including analysis, preparation, review and negotiation of several sorts of agreements related to the core business of the company, its suppliers, banks, and business partners; Participate in business and commercial discussions to better understand the needs of the Company and to propose legal actions; Act with the procurement, commercial and technical teams on the discussion of legal clauses on several agreements; Assistance and execution of activities related to the administrative management of contracts; Prepare and review several legal documents (amendments, terminations, strategic judicial and extrajudicial notifications, internal policies, among others).
(ii) Labor Area: coordinating and managing lawsuits; provide strategies and legal opinion about labor, union and social security matters; identification of legal risk situations and propose actions to mitigate them (hiring, terminations, settlements, including collective bargaining, disciplinary measures, holiday, overtime and occupational accidents, among others); carry out training; coordinate the external advisors/technical experts, including reviewing their respective work, making suggestions for improvements as necessary, controlling the budget for labor fees and costs, provisions and legal payments; (iii) Legal Operation Project.
**What do you need**:
- Licensed attorney in Brazil;
- Previous work experience in labor and contracts;
- Labor and contracts transactional and negotiating experience;
- Strong drafting, negotiation, legal analytical, communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, team oriented and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients, areas, stakeholders and law firms;
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and respond to business needs and goals;
- Innovation mindset; Analytical Thinking Organization; Sense of responsibility and priorities;
- Hands-on and solution-oriented.
- Law Degree (OAB certified);
- Post Graduation in Contracts, Labor, Business or other related areas;
- English: intermediate/advanced;
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook) and Projuris system
