Description

Amazon Payment Products BR has the mission to launch and manage payments products that will drive affinity and affordability to our customers.

This role is responsible for managing Payments Acceptance and Experience initiatives, to drive increase in payments performance while managing the cost of payments working alongside internal and external stakeholders. The role requires serving as a hands-on analyst, resolving escalations, and managing Payments' partners and internal clients. Effective communication, both written and verbal, across teams and with partners, is critical.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. They should be a quick learner, understanding Amazon's varied payment offerings and internal systems. Analytical decision-making skills and a passion for data are essential.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and product tradeoffs
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders
