We are looking for a highly organized, technically savvy, curious, hard-working Payroll Specialist to respond to employees cases, correct pay issues and audit payroll reports. You should have an in-depth wage and hour knowledge as it relates to payroll processing, and should maintain a calm, polite and personal demeanor when communicating a sensitive or challenging message.**Description**Work directly with the Apple’s Payroll processing team, ADP outsourced service departments and other human resource and finance functions to ensure payroll compliance. Research laws and regulations and withholding procedures. Investigate, analyze and respond timely and accurately to pay inquiries and audits from both internal customers and external agencies. Process Brazil Payroll including all audits and reviews for accuracy. Support Payroll reporting requirements as necessary.**Minimum Qualifications**- 5+ years of experience in a Payroll Specialist/Analyst position.- Proficiency in Portuguese.**Preferred Qualifications**- Ability to assess risks and determine the most appropriate path forward to resolution.- Obsess over the employee experience and view each and every inquiry as an opportunity to care and support others. Able to build methods to keep an eye on quality without missing key deadlines.- Can navigate highly complex business needs without a clearly defined path and where you see a need, to bring a well thought solution.- Find love in the details and are action oriented. Use data to tell a compelling story of successes and opportunities. Creating action plans and driving improvements is something you enjoy.- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot independently.- Bachelor in Finance, HR, Accounting or equivalent experience.- Proficiency in English.
