Our Supply Chain - Home Care Americas team is embarking on an exciting journey driven by our Clean Future strategy where the Loong Term & Innovation Planning Team has a critical role to play and deliver a profitable, sustainable and accelerated business growth.

What can you expect from the role?
- Set the Supply Chain Strategy for the Business Unit
- Review and optimize sourcing networks
- Guarantee that our factories can couple with future growth
- Support the business, landing innovations to the market
- Lead to profitability program in Home Care Americas Business Unit
- Benchmark with the global Supply Chain network to find best practices and share learnings

- _ We are searching for someone with _Diverse background_ within the Supply Chain, with previous exposure to _Network Design Solutions,_ Enterprise Model Redesign and Expansion & Optimization projects;_
- _ We are looking for a talent that has experience guiding and supporting a _multi-functional _team along the journey;_
- _ Must be keen to have _business conversations_ with different functions (marketing, sales, finance,);_
- _ This person must have good _communication_, _influence_, and _stakeholder management skills_;_
- _ Should be open for challenges and willing to go for _big achievements_;_
- _ It is necessary also to have strong business acumen,_ strategic mindset_ and analytical skills;_
- _ Keen to work with_ different cultures_ across the region;_
- _ It is important that this person _speaks fluently English _and is desirable to have an ability to communicate in Spanish as well._
