Lead LATAM Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Country Manager to spearhead our operations across the region.

This leadership role requires proven experience in managing, scaling, and setting up IT/Tech teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leading high-performing teams, driving compliance and retention, and building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tech Operations Oversight : Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery, manage and scale tech operations and delivery teams.
  • HR & Resource Management : Oversee all LATAM resources, ensure productivity and quality, manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across LATAM.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of senior leadership or country management experience.
  • Proven success in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance.
  • Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, business management platforms, and performance reporting tools.
