Belford Roxo site hosts Bayer Crop Science operations and other 7 guest operations. Bayer produces ag chemicals fully dedicated to attend Brazilian agricultural market.The manufacturing of products is performed under the highest safety and quality standards. Belford Roxo´s team works with onePSS operational practices and with a strong sense of sustainability and community responsibility.**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:- Synergistically provide administrative support to site manager and leadership staff and maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.- Plan and coordinate leadership and plant staff meetings gathering agenda items, capturing and communicating team meeting notes and follow-up action items. Scheduling meetings across complex calendars anticipating the needs of key attendees and solving conflicts for optimal outcome of the meetings intent.- Coordinate travel arrangements for site leaders.- Coordinates team events, site visits and inter functions activities between Belford Roxo team and other teaM/Functions.- Coordination of site calendar, ensure effective preparation and outcomes of meetings, visual management and dashboards.- Perform follow-up activities and actions from DMS3, SSC, Management meetings.- Drive SLT communications and change management priorities for specific site needs and objectives.- Prepare reports and presentations in collaboration with internal communication squad.
