You will be joining the **Quality Assurance** team in Brazil with colleagues from different nationalities and working in multiple different locations across the world. We all chip in when and where it is needed, have a flat structure but high standards, enjoy a good laugh and a pragmatic and operational approach to supporting our agenda. **What would your role look like?**
Responsible for General Support to monitor new global requirements from e.g. ISO/FSSC/FSMA to be implemented.
**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for an Academic degree in a scientific discipline, previous experience working in a food safety or quality management environment or related, with at least 5 years of experience in same positions to perform the following functions:
- General Support for certifying body for FSSC22000 etc. regarding global contract
- Help on reviewing and trend audit reports for all sites for all 3rd party audits.
- Analyze and trend Non-Conformities related to internal audits in all sites. Follow-up with the sites, evaluating the status of the action plans
- Update and maintain global management/trending/overview of QA data and KPI´s
- General support to the business on QA issues (Business Support, Product Managers, Sourcing, Innovation, Regulatory Affairs etc.)
- Develop and review material content for trainings based in internal procedures
- General support organizing documents or records for certification/recertification FSSC audits
- Support on Global registration of Food Safety Team Leader and Vendor Lead auditor qualifications in SharePoint
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Academic degree in a scientific discipline; previous experience working in a food safety or quality management environment.
- Effective communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English; comfortable working in an international environment
- Working knowledge of HACCP plan (PRP, OPRP, CCP) manufacturing processes, production technology, products, raw materials and quality, food safety and safety issues, local and global Food Safety legislation and regulations
- Basic Knowledge's in risk
- and root cause analysis, action plans methodology
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment. This position has global reach.
- Working knowledge on FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 certification process
