The RoleSenior Product Analyst We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil, working closely with local and global product managers, engineering squads, and other Solera country stakeholders, to deliver added value solutions into the global Solera claims management platform that is being deployed worldwide to Solera’s customers. What You'll DoGain in-depth understanding of the assigned product(s), including personas and use cases Align with Solera’s Demand Management process in order to prioritize features with the highest value within Quarterly planning and Sprint planning Work side-by-side with Product Management to align on backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and roll-out of owned features Analyze customer needs and conduct brainstorming sessions to extract the requirements, desired workflows and outcomes Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to guide development efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives Collaborate with the team, including Developers, QA, Professional Services, and Scrum Master to deliver valuable product increments by driving the epics and user-stories definition and participating in the agile ceremonies Develop product documentation such as user guides and release notes to help Solera countries understand the new functionalities of the product and how to enable / release them Track and analyze product performance metrics (usage analytics) to drive data-based decisions What you will bringAt least 3 years of product owner, product manager, or business analyst experience with B2B web applications / platforms Experience in automotive life cycle or related industry (claims and / or automotive parts experience valued) Strong written and communication skills in Portuguese and English Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through data and customers/stakeholders’ insights Excellent communication and team skills, can communicate requirements and goals efficiently to technical and non-technical teams involved Experience with Agile Scrum process along with Backlog Management and Wiki systems such as Jira and Confluence Bachelors degree or equivalent experience #LI-MG1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
