Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30 000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have ~200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. You will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden, build trust with suitable candidates, and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics.

We fix everything for our employees — visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and related needs.

Our clients span software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. • Identify and recruit engineers for Swedish IT roles, focusing on long-term placements and relocation readiness.
• Build trust with candidates by communicating benefits of living and working in Sweden and guiding them through relocation processes.
• Collaborate with global recruiters, Swedish delivery management, and local teams to coordinate relocation logistics (visa, work permits, tickets, housing, etc.).
• Maintain a solid network of local engineering talent within IT and stay informed about market trends.
• Ensure high-quality service and brand representation while addressing recruitment challenges with effective solutions.
• Understand or develop knowledge of IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts and common technologies.
• Manage recruitment requests with analytical, detail-oriented, and organized approach; demonstrate resilience in the face of setbacks.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders, maintaining a positive, self-motivated demeanor.

• At least 5 years of professional recruitment experience in the IT sector, or equivalent technical experience (as documented in CV).
• Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
• Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
• High quality and brand awareness.
• Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing concepts.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
• Self-confident, social, friendly, and highly self-motivated; resilient to rejection.
• Executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
• Responsive and professional appearance.
