SC PIC team ensures that all supply chain/cost transactions, analysis and reporting are accurate and compliant in line with Johnson & Johnson guidelines. The team is on a journey to bring SC Finance consolidation and keep on process improvement. The PIC Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model through strong collaboration across the Business and Finance. In addition, understanding of the SC processes, systems and ability to effectively frame and communicate with leaders, will be important to success and to the team as a whole. To be successful with these efforts, the PIC Analyst must demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperative qualities of Connect, Lead and Grow.**You will be responsible for**:- FAA Analysis, Reports and keep new process under development and improvement- Closing Activities for FAA SC MRCs (1 to 2 week/months)- Prepare SAP bases; JE to posting; FAA 3rd Party Royalty Calculation- Forecast Cycles (BP/JU/NU/LT) - FAA/ Inventory Total LATAM development, consolidation and reports- Support PnL Bridges and other financial metrics’ actual reporting. Explain cost variance as total for SC sites- Partner closely with Finance Partners (BUF, PF&A, Make, Source) to have robust knowledge on the end to end costing variation and drivers- Ensure policies and procedures are followed: SOX Controls ; BVA Explanations- LATAM : Ad-roc Analysis for Inventory (Global Requests)- Focus on process improvement and standardization Qualifications Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management**Qualifications**- A minimum 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting is required;- Experience in Supply Chain Finance;- Experience with systems GRM, TM1 and mainly SAP- Experience as Finance or related business partner- Advanced English is required (Spanish is a plus)Preferred:- Experience with Alteryx and Power BI;- Experience with Standard costing and reporting**Primary Location**Brazil-São Paulo-São José dos Campos-Rod.Presidente Dutra, Km 154**Organization**J&J Brazil (7680)**Job Function**Finance**Requisition ID**W
