Responsibilities:
- Lead development teams technically in OutSystems projects.
- Define and ensure the implementation of best practices in architecture and coding.
- Act as a facilitator between the technical team and business areas.
- Review and approve technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of applications.
- Participate in strategic meetings and support the team in effort estimation and technical planning.
- Mentor and support the technical development of team members.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience of 5 years in software development, applying engineering best practices;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the OutSystems platform, with solid mastery of its tools, components, and lifecycle;
- Full proficiency in the platform technologies: Traditional Web, Reactive Web, and Mobile;
- Completed undergraduate degree;
- Fluent in English;
- At least 2 years of experience as an OutSystems Tech Lead, with a proven track record of technical leadership in teams and projects;
- Experience working in consulting;
Desirable Requirements:
- OutSystems Certifications (Associate/Professional/Expert);
- Experience with complex integrations (REST, SOAP, external databases);
- Knowledge of DevOps focused on OutSystems;
