Job DescriptionTítulo: A&R Manager, South ConeReports To: Director, A&R, South ConeDepartment: A&RLocation: Buenos Aires, Argentina Tu RolReportando directamente al Director de A&R de Warner Music Cono Sur, el A&R Manager será responsable de descubrir, firmar y desarrollar nuevos talentos en el Cono Sur, con un enfoque claro en la creación de acuerdos estratégicos y relaciones comercialesEste rol fusiona la creatividad y vision artistica de A&R con una visión estratégica para atraer y mantener alianzas clave con sellos locales e independientes, buscando maximizar el impacto de la distribución digital.Lo Que HarásIdentificar, firmar y desarrollar artistas, productores y sellos con potencial en los mercados del Cono Sur. Liderar la negociación de acuerdos de A&R y distribución para artistas locales e independientes, asegurando acuerdos competitivos que se alineen con los objetivos estratégicos de A&R y ADA. Establecer y mantener relaciones con sellos independientes, artistas y managers. Supervisar la integración de los artistas firmados a la red de distribución de Warner Music, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los acuerdos de distribución digital y física (a través de ADA). Explorar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y tendencias de consumo musical en el Cono Sur para desarollar estrategias que amplíen la presencia de Warner Music y ADA en géneros y territorios emergentes. Coordinar con equipos internos para asegurar la coordinación fluida de acuerdos y planificar estrategias exitosas para artistas y proyectos.. Supervisar las sesiones de grabación, los viajes y los cronogramas de producción para garantizar la máxima calidad en todos los proyectos. Sobre TiMás de 4 años de experiencia en A&R o campos relacionados dentro de la industria musical, con un historial probado de desarrollo exitoso de artistas, negociación de acuerdos y gestión de distribución. Fuerte conocimiento de la escena musical del Cono Sur y familiaridad con la dinámica del mercado local en Argentina, Chile, Uruguay y Paraguay. Experiencia en la negociación y ejecución de acuerdos de distribución y de sellos, especialmente en el espacio de distribución digital Alta capacidad analítica para guiar decisiones. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación, con la capacidad de establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas en toda la región. Dominio del español y del inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
