**Breve descrição**:
Assegurar o cumprimento da legislação aplicada à Segurança do Trabalho e Meio Ambiente, identificando e controlando os riscos nocivos associados, evitando a ocorrência de incidentes, acidentes e emergências, preservando a integridade física do(a)s trabalhadore(a)s, inclusive dos contratados, subcontratados e parceiros de negócio.
**Principais atividades**:
- Controlar e sustentar políticas e processos de segurança do trabalho e de meio ambiente
- Salvaguardar as certificações de SSMA (Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente) da companhia, nas frentes específicas de segurança do trabalho e meio ambiente, ampliando seu perímetro ou implementando novas certificações, sempre que for de interesse ou necessidade da companhia;
- Monitoramento das ações e seus respectivos indicadores;
- Assegurar as condições ergonômicas necessárias à realização das atividades;
- Garantir a disponibilização e habilitação das brigadas de emergência;
- Garantir a observância às exigências de segurança de trabalho dos clientes corporativos;
- Gerir o SGA (Sistema de Gestão Ambiental);
- Gerir ambientalmente as instalações da companhia ou de parceiros que disponibilizem o espaço para demandas fins da companhia;
- Garantir uma Economia Circular, gerindo os Resíduos gerados pela Companhia e seus Consumidores;
- Prestar orientação e apoio às áreas de operação dos temas na companhia;
**Experiência, conhecimento e formação**:
- Ter atuado em posição de gerente em empresas de grande porte;
- Ter efetuado a liderança de equipes descentralizadas, preferencialmente no modelo corporativo (reporte direto) e operacional (reporte indireto);
- Ter experiência na gestão de contratados e subcontratados;
- Ter experiência na gestão de projetos;
- Imprescindível Graduação em Engenharia ou Arquitetura;
- Imprescindível Pós
- Graduação em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho
- Desejável Graduação ou Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Ambiental;
- Obrigatório CREA ativo;
