Driven by a culture of self-regulated teamwork, each team -or POD- works directly with our customers with a full maturity path that evolves as they increase speed, quality and autonomy.- What will help you succeed:_- Believe and love what you do.- Build bridges & open doors.- Enjoy solving problems.- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.- Upper English skills.- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation and Close solutions.- Strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes, including financial reporting, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and regulatory compliance.- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud, including configuration, metadata management, data integration, and reporting.- Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud tools such as Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS), and Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS).- Experience with data integration tools such as Oracle Data Management (FDMEE), Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM), or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).At Globant we believe that an inclusive culture and a diverse environment makes us stronger.
