About The Role

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a Master’s or PhD in Psychology, Health Sciences, Public Health, or related fields who are interested in freelance opportunities supporting the development and training of AI models.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will help ensure that AI systems are accurately trained with high-quality domain knowledge, supporting the development of innovative solutions in healthcare and psychology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and validate high-quality content related to Psychology and Health Sciences, including research summaries, clinical case studies, behavioral science explanations, and public health concepts.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to annotate and label datasets for training large language models (LLMs) and other AI applications.
  • Evaluate and provide detailed feedback on AI-generated content to ensure scientific accuracy and relevance.
  • Assist in creating training data by classifying, tagging, and contextualizing complex medical and psychological data.
  • Identify knowledge gaps in model outputs and contribute to enhancing data quality through expert insights.
  • Ensure that all work follows scientific rigor, ethical guidelines, and best practices in the health and psychology domains.
Key Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Public Health, Health Sciences, Behavioral Science, Psychiatry, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of key concepts in mental health, clinical practices, research methodology, public health policy, and human behavior.
  • Prior experience in research, clinical practice, teaching, content writing, or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with data annotation, content development, or AI training processes is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • As part of the project, you are required to complete the English language assessment. The assessment is mandatory and non-billable.
  • You should be available to start the project within this week after giving the assessment.
