Technical Product Manager – Operational Excellence (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

This role is for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive operational improvements across Agoda's global tech organization, focusing on Operational Excellence—enabling non-coding activities, internal tools, performance tracking, planning, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept through implementation and iteration
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional leaders to understand internal challenges and develop scalable solutions
  • Influence without authority, aligning diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for operational improvements
  • Work closely with Tech senior leadership to ensure alignment, visibility, and buy-in for key initiatives
  • Use data to inform prioritization and track the impact of your work over time
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 5+ years total technical experience in engineering, internal platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or similar domains
  • Experience designing or improving internal tools or systems used across large organizations
  • A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to simplify complex processes
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where it does not yet exist
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines
  • Experience working with data to support decision-making (e.g. dashboards, KPIs, basic SQL, or working with analysts)
  • Experience with AI/LLM tools or automation technologies is a plus, but not required
  • This position requires relocation to Bangkok, Thailand, where relocation support is provided
