**Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting a Marketing Director to focus on iconic Brand's to work in our office in São Paulo.**
The Marketing Director develops and executes the tactical annual plan for Brazil and delivers results for a group of Brands, having full P&L accountability.
**Other main activities**:
- Leads and develops a diverse marketing team while defining a vision and communicating clear priorities to accelerate the decisions making process.
- Makes recommendations for the company marketing strategy, and acts as a company owner, beyond specific brands.
- Participates in the design of sales incentive scheme, partnering closely with the sales team, to ensure alignment to the marketing strategy and deliver shared goals with sales.
- Tracks' results and ensures the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of marketing programs.
- Owns the short
- and long-term solution of key business issues partnering with Sales, Finance, Supply, HR and other key areas.
- Identifies and implements country marketing opportunities.
- Establishes and handles relationships with outside vendors.
- Builds and coordinates communication, research, and public relations plans to support the marketing plan.
- Defines, approves and ensures adherence to the annual budget.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree.
- Post Graduation and/or MBA is desirable.
- Proficient English.
- Proficient Spanish is desirable.
- Strong background of multifaceted commercial/marketing leadership experience, with successful track record on business results and organizational leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex and matrix environment
- Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing strategy knowledge.
- Strong Leadership and experience in hiring and leading people leaders.
- Proven experience in Marketing, strategies and budget, preferably in multinational companies.
- Experience working with Agile Methodologies;
