This is a full-time role for a Field Service Technician, based in Vinhedo, SP. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing RFID/RF systems and solutions in our customers. Daily tasks will include travel, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting regular inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to clients.

The Field Service Technician will work closely with the customer service team to ensure high customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications
  • Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of RFID/RF systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
  • Ability to conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience and ability to work closely with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant technical certifications or degrees are a plus
