Job Responsibilities Responsible for invoicing business of the Brazilian company; Familiar with invoicing types for various businesses in Brazil; Weekly statistics and compilation of invoicing details, tracking outbound but unbilled items in the SAP system; Properly store invoices and collect them to send back to the domestic headquarters for accounting; Timely send invoices to the local accounting agent for accounting and reconcile accounts with the agent; Complete corresponding accounting processing as required by the head office; Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time.
