We're looking for a tech-savvy E-commerce Automation Specialist to develop cutting-edge systems that streamline operations, optimize Seller Central processes, and create innovative workflows in Airtable using ChatGPT and AI integrations. Key Responsibilities

  1. Automation Development: Design and implement systems to automate workflows in Seller Central, including inventory management, reporting, and performance optimization.
  2. E-commerce Optimization: Use tools like Airtable, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and Clay to enhance e-commerce workflows and streamline operations.
  3. AI Integration: Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to build interactive, fun, and impactful solutions for e-commerce processes.
  4. Custom System Building: Create dynamic and user-friendly Airtable systems for project tracking, reporting, and team collaboration.
  5. API Integrations: Develop and manage API connections between Seller Central, Airtable, and other tools to enable seamless data flow.
  6. Collaborative Innovation: Partner with the marketing and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and develop creative automation solutions.
  7. Data Insights: Build automated dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  8. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Ensure the reliability and scalability of automation systems by diagnosing and fixing issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Experience in automating and managing e-commerce processes, particularly on Amazon Seller Central.
  2. Proficiency in tools like Airtable (advanced system design and integration capabilities), Zapier, Make, and Clay for process automation.
  3. AI tools like ChatGPT for creating engaging and intelligent workflows.
  4. Strong understanding of APIs and integration practices for platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or similar e-commerce tools.
  5. Creative mindset to build innovative and enjoyable systems that boost team productivity.
  6. Solid grasp of database structures and data organization principles.
  7. Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  9. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present solutions.
