ServiceNow Developer Job Overview This is a unique opportunity to join our senior globally distributed ServiceNow team, working on complex high-impact implementations for US enterprise clients. You will be part of a dynamic team that delivers next-generation enterprise solutions combining ServiceNow, AI-driven automation, and strong engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and develop custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and Next Experience Develop applications using App Engine, including ERP-related use cases Configure and extend workflows using Flow Designer and platform automation Implement integrations using IntegrationHub REST and Zero Copy Connector patterns Work with AI Agent Studio and Now Assist-related capabilities where applicable Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions Participate in technical workshops, solution reviews, and demos Collaborate with global teams across Europe and the US Contribute to best practices, performance optimization, and platform governance Required Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Strong JavaScript skills, including client and server-side scripting Experience with one or more of the following: UI Builder, custom workspace development; AI Agent Studio or Now Assist-related configurations; App Engine Studio, and custom application development; ERP-related ServiceNow use cases; ERP Canvas, and Zero Copy Connector experience; Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, security, and performance; Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and APIs Ability to work in a client-facing environment Certifications are a strong plus (CSA, CAD, CIS) Why Choose Us At our company, we offer: A people-first culture built on trust, autonomy, and collaboration Exposure to cutting-edge ServiceNow capabilities, including AI and ERP integrations Support for certifications, learning, and career growth Competitive compensation based on experience and contribution Grow Your Career
