About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the recruitment efforts for our social media business unit. As a Senior Social Media Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to drive the growth and success of our platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including current employees, partners, and vendors. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective recruitment processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in social media recruitment or marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media platforms and their various features. Preferred Qualifications Mastery of social media advertising and analytics tools.
