Supply Chain Assistant

As **Supply Chain Assistant **you will have a key role in the department processes, being responsible for the following main activities:
- Create and update documents in the quality management system (Qualityflex);
- Register and update supplier’s documentation in Qualityflex;
- Create general reports in excel;
- Create activities in the ERP system and Team Center;
- Create and verify Bill of Materials;
- Execute attribute review in the ERP system;
- Create, change and cancel work orders in the ERP system (Oracle) related to the pipe completion;
- Support buyers in their various activities, such as: Withdrawal of drawings from Team center; RFQ; PO; follow up & deviation responses;
- Create and verify under the leader supervision the drawback scope or any other benefit on going at the department at that time.
**QUALIFICATION**
- Required Complete High School;
- Desirable Graduation in Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or related areas (complete or ongoing);
- Desirable Technical Course in Mechanics;
- Required Intermediate knowledge of English (advanced level will be considered a differential);
- Required Advanced knowledge of Office Package;
- Desirable knowledge in ERP System (Team Center and Oracle).
