Breve Introdução e Sobre o Trabalho

We are looking for a Legal Senior Manager for Danone Brasil that will work on our Sao Paulo office and will have the main responsibilities as described bellow:

Legal Advisory: Provide accurate and timely legal advice on a wide range of corporate issues, including corporate finance, commercial contracts, liability, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Risk Management: Identify and evaluate potential legal risks associated with business decisions and operations. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies. Legal Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific regulations and internal policies. This includes staying updated on changes in legislation and regulatory developments. Litigation Management: Oversee and manage the company’s legal processes, including litigation and business transactions. Document Preparation: Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents such as contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures. Corporate Governance: Advise on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. Training and Development: Provide training to company employees on legal topics and policy changes to ensure awareness and compliance. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with management to devise efficient defense strategies and support strategic decision-making.

Sobre você

Educational Background in Law degree; Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (OAB); Professional Experience in corporate law, with a portion spent in a managerial role; Prior experience working as in-house counsel is highly valued, as it demonstrates familiarity with the corporate environment and internal legal processes; Strong knowledge of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, compliance, and regulatory matters; Ability to manage and oversee litigation processes effectively; Proficiency in identifying and mitigating legal risks; Excellent negotiation skills for drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly; Leadership abilities to manage legal teams and collaborate with other departments; Ability to align legal strategies with business objectives and provide strategic legal advice; High ethical standards and integrity; Meticulous attention to detail in all legal matters; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to adapt to changing legal and business environments; Availability to work on a hybrid model and go to the office located on Paulista Avenue (SP).
