Position Talent Acquisition SourcerLocation : São Paulo, BrazilEmployment Type : Full-timeCompensation : Base salary Responsibilities Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and identify suitable talent. Create engaging job postings and manage them across multiple platforms. Review applications and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Support the recruitment process with assessments, reference checks, and background verification. Keep candidate databases accurate and up to date. Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent pools. Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders. Qualifications Advanced English (B2+), both spoken and written. Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Additional languages are an advantage. Familiarity with the iGaming industry or other relevant sectors preferred. Benefits Competitive salary package.
