Job Duties

Under broad direction, leads the total solution design for our customers, including diagnosis of well/reservoir connectivity and production problems, solution design, delivery method, and evaluation plan. This role owns the technical success of the project and is responsible for all phases of project planning and execution. Plans, organizes, coordinates, and controls projects according to established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements. Maintains day-to-day contact and communication with client counterparts. Possesses expert knowledge of the industry. Accountable for achieving business objectives and results; provides guidance to cross-functional team members to ensure success. Supervises less experienced peers and team members, providing guidance and developmental inputs. May serve as a technical proposal or project manager. Requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 7 years of service line experience, including Production Engineering and reservoir analysis. An undergraduate Petroleum Engineering degree and experience in Coiled Tubing and Hydraulic Workover operations are preferred. Acts as a mentor to junior engineers, including peer review and approval of solution designs. Collaborates with other PSL project teams and serves as a Technical SME for business development. Acts as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on technical solutions rather than conveyance equipment.
