\Role Description \

This is a full-time remote role, requiring a Senior Full Stack Developer in Brazil to join one of our North American client's engineering teams.

You will elevate their customer support operations through AI and agentic applications, optimizing intelligent systems that enhance customer experience across all support channels.

  • Strong English communication, writing, and verbal skills are essential. \
  • Experience working independently and remotely is crucial. \
  • A proven track record of building AI agents and integrating with AI APIs is necessary. \
  • End-to-end application development using technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Python, and Node.js is required. \
  • REST API and system connectivity expertise is also necessary. \
  • Bonus: background in customer support teams or technical operations roles can be beneficial. \
