Here we are home to professionals who carry this entrepreneurial spirit, who know how to transform ideas into real business opportunities, and who are engaged in the development and perpetuation of the Partnership.**About HR**The HR ambition is to be recognized as the best career in alternative asset management in Latin America, including Investments, Commercial, Portfolio Management and Management.If you want to know more about how our people strategy connects to our business, watch the video:- This position will be based in Brazil._**Main Responsibilities**:- Planning, analysis and report of people budget and HR costs (total compensation)- Headcount and expenses simulations and scenarios elaboration- Perform payroll analysis making sure accuracy of data reported in monthly financial closing- Bonus and Shares provision and analysis- HR Process and system’s automation (support for systems implementation and integrations)- Maintenance and improvement of tools for people data visualization and analysis (BI)- Support investor’s questionnaires for due diligence- Comply with SOX requirements- Preparation of executive presentations to partners / leaders (monthly forecast, HR demographic decks and others)- Support for Business Partners (goals, simulations, analysis, people problem solving)**Requirements**:- Degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Economics or Administration- Performance in dynamic and complex markets/segments (Growing Multinationals, Financial Market Companies, Global Consultancies)- Experience in managing complex multi-currency People Budgets / People Planning and interacting with FP&A, Accounting and Technology areas- Experience with HR Process and Systems- Finance and Accounting expertise- Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power Point- Advanced / Fluent English and Spanish- Knowledge in Power BI and Oracle (HCM, EPM, PBCS, People Planning)- Working with high-level executives / Management**Work Environment**:It isn’t just the performance that matters.
