Job Title: Expert Solutions Architect
OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned expert in Genesys Cloud to lead the design and implementation of our solutions. As an Expert Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on Genesys products and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Deep understanding of SIP protocols, Genesys framework, and architecture is required.
- Familiarity with reporting components like CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart, and CXInsights.
- Excellent troubleshooting experience in Genesys infrastructure is essential.
- Good understanding of Genesys products, including design call-flow architecture/script/data actions/data tables.
- Integration expertise with Salesforce, Genesys APIs, PCI PAL, and GenAI.
- Knowledge of Genesys Cloud components, such as Google CCAI chat bot and predictive engagement.
- Experience with trunks (E1/T1/CAS/CCS), SIP, and gateway protocols (SIP and MGCP).
- Strong ITIL knowledge – incident, change, and configuration management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
