**What you will do**:
Design and enhance SAP PM/EAM systems to align with business needs and support global operations. Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead complex projects from design to delivery.
- Work across time zones with diverse teams.
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Adapt to flexible hours, including occasional late-night calls.
**About you**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA EAM, including configuration, Fiori Apps, ABAP, SAP SSAM mobile
app, RSH and authorization roles.
- Experience in an Architect role (or technical leadership equivalent experience) is required to ensure readiness for the responsibilities of this
position
- Experience in managing complex projects, including business requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and post go-live support
- Practical experience in plant decommissioning processes and phases
- Experience in SAP PM/EAM Data Migration using LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.
- Knowledge and experience in maintenance processes such as Corrective, Preventive, and Predictive maintenance.
- Expertise in data migration tools such as LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.
- Advanced English
