The cost of water is rising as an aging workforce is unable to adapt and multi-million dollar infrastructure decisions are being made without the best data. Klir will be the operating system for water and we have started on that journey by building the first work enablement platform for water. It's designed to reduce the burden of administration so the experts can dedicate their precious time to solving a critical problem for our species.

Location: This position is fully remote.
**Role Description**:
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to work in a progressive product culture in Klir and help build a world class SaaS solution for our users. We need you to help in the continued build out of the Klir platform to ensure we continue to deliver a world-class customer experience as we continue to scale.
**What You Will be Doing**:
- The Scrum Master is a servant leader who enables teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices. You will support one or multiple Scrum Teams and their Product Owners, by leading and coaching them in both Agile and Scrum values.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identifying and removing impediments & blockers and assisting management in shaping the Organization's Agile journey.
- Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions as they engineer new software products.
- Facilitating Scrum rituals & workshops enabling teams to deliver benefit by coaching teams on Agile/Scrum principles and values.
- Supporting the Product Owner in delivering their Product aspirations in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Support the Product Owners in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope.
- Help Build a High-Performance Team - Help the team manage interpersonal conflicts, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Escalate to management if/when internal team processes have failed to resolve any issue.
- Be accountable for meeting the team's sprint commitments.
- May provide training to other staff on Agile/Scrum processes.
- Coordinate with the Product teams on coordination for Release cycles.
**Requirements**:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required.
- 3+ years experience in the Scrum Master role
- SaaS experience or experience working in a Software Product team (2+ years)
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Experience working with multiple Scrum Teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.).
- Experience using Microsoft DevOps is preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential (experience around facilitation, conflict resolution, empowerment, transparency etc).
