Finance Trainee

**Finance trainee**
The Regional Finance function collaborates closely with finance headquarters in China and all other stakeholders' company-wide and Shared Services Center in China. It plays a key role in business and operations support as well as monthly reporting and finance operations ensuring both business support as business partner and compliance with group, statutory and local requirements in a fast-growing organization.

- Support and run daily payment processes in strict collaboration with SSC in China
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers and employees
- Master data maintenance in compliance with group rules and best practices
- Performance timely and accurate monthly vendor accounts reconciliation
- Act as a collaborative business partner to all internal and external stakeholders by replying off inquiries on payables and payments timely and accurately
- Execute, with the support of global AP Team and SSC in China, accounts payable and payments related matters
- Support the monthly closing process
- Cooperate with auditors, both internal and external
- Handle general finance issues
**Requisitos e qualificações** Qualifications**
- Advanced or fluent in English. Chinese would be a must but not mandatory
- Studying Accounting, Administration or Economics from third year on
- Previous exposure to SAP system desirable
- Advanced excel competencies
- Proactive, result oriented, systematic with pragmatic approach
- Good communication capable of delivering financial information with simplicity
- Good collaborator, relationship-builder
- Detail-oriented and focused on relevant information not losing overall view
- Strong commitment to transparency, integrity, confidentiality and honesty
