Project Cargo Manager

Será responsable del crecimiento comercial, el servicio al cliente y las actividades operativas relacionadas con las cargas de proyecto en la Argentina, manteniendo constantes negociaciones con clientes y proveedores de servicios.

Responsibilities
  • Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia comercial para incrementar la carga proyecto, aumentando los ingresos de carga y los servicios terrestres asociados.
  • Identificar grandes proyectos industriales con el objetivo de asegurar nuevas oportunidades, ampliando las rutas comerciales.
  • Realizar las negociaciones con los clientes a nivel nacional e internacional.
  • Evaluar, asesorar y demostrar fiabilidad a los clientes sobre las capacidades y operaciones eficientes de MSC, minimizando las demoras.
  • Asegurar el seguimiento de las mejores prácticas en todos los envíos a granel.
  • Proporcionar consistencia al negocio en relación con los procesos operativos, presentación de la carga y control de costos.
  • Identificar acciones para reducir los costos relacionados con la carga de proyectos, mejorando los procesos y la eficiencia en el área.
  • Brindar asistencia al Líder Global de Carga de Proyecto.
Qualifications
  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Comercio Internacional o carreras relacionadas.
  • Será excluyente contar con un nivel avanzado de inglés .
  • Experiencia en negociación con clientes y gestión de contratos, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
  • Será valorado contar con experiencia en compañías multinacionales en posiciones similares.
  • Gestión de proyectos multifuncionales y colaboración con equipos internacionales.
  • Trayectoria comprobada dentro del sector de Project Cargo, contando con proyectos entregados con éxito.
  • Dominio en evaluación de riesgos de transporte, análisis de costos y gestión de gastos.
  • Comprensión operativa en relación con las cargas de proyecto, fuera de calibre y a granel.
