Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our inbound operations. The role involves managing a large team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring efficient receiving and stowing of inventory while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Lead, develop, and manage a team of 100+ associates and multiple Area Managers Drive performance management, coaching, and career development initiatives Implement effective staffing strategies and workforce planning Foster a positive work culture and maintain high team engagement A day in the life Own end-to-end inbound operations including receiving, stowing, and inventory control Achieve productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency Manage critical metrics including dock-to-stock time, inventory accuracy, and productivity Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth material flow Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Experience in employee and performance management Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators Speak, write, and read fluently in English Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
