Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect .The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA and a strong understanding of Production Planning and Control in Process Manufacturing. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required. ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop comprehensive functional specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure successful system integration. Oversee the configuration and customization of S/4 HANA modules to meet specific business needs and improve user experience. Provide expert guidance on best practices for Production Planning and Control in Process Manufacturing driving continuous improvement. Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure high-quality deliverables and minimal disruption to operations. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower end-users and promote effective utilization of implemented solutions. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of S/4 HANA solutions with existing systems and processes. Support the development of project plans timelines and budgets ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for S/4 HANA solutions addressing issues and implementing corrective actions as needed. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in S/4 HANA technology to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage. Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps for future enhancements and upgrades of S/4 HANA solutions. QualificationsPossess extensive experience in SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and capabilities. Have a strong background in Production Planning and Control in Process Manufacturing with a proven track record of successful implementations. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Show proficiency in project management methodologies ensuring efficient planning and execution of projects. Display a proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
