We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Mule Soft Developer to join a fast-growing technology company building an AI-driven compliance and clean energy platform. This role focuses on architecting and implementing integrations that connect Salesforce with external enterprise systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange. Mission Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Mule Soft-based integrations across a complex Salesforce ecosystem, supporting high-performance data flow and seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities Design and build Mule Soft APIs and flows for integration between Salesforce and third-party systems (ERP, HR, finance, compliance platforms). Implement secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant integrations using API-led connectivity and best practices. Develop event-driven architectures leveraging Mule Soft, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs. Collaborate with Salesforce developers to ensure real-time data synchronization within Apex and Lightning components. Optimize performance for large-scale, high-volume integrations while managing governor limits. Maintain integration CI/CD pipelines and enforce API governance using Anypoint Platform. Document architecture, flows, and error-handling frameworks for long-term maintainability. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years total software development experience, with 4+ years dedicated to Mule Soft and Salesforce integrations. Expertise in Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Data Weave, RAML/OAS, Cloud Hub , and Salesforce Connector . Strong understanding of synchronous/asynchronous processing , batch integration , retry logic , and failover design . Proven experience designing secure and performant APIs (OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS). Familiarity with Salesforce DX , Apex , and Salesforce data models . Mule Soft Developer (Mule 4) and/or Integration Architect certifications preferred. Excellent communication and documentation skills in English. Ideal Profile You’ve built and maintained complex Salesforce + ERP/Financial system integrations, thrive in API-first environments, and can design solutions that balance robustness, scalability, and simplicity. You’re comfortable leading integration strategy, collaborating across teams, and setting best practices for enterprise connectivity.
