About the Role:

You will work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders, including collaborating with business partners and departments such as sales, distribution, IT, Finance, and service providers.

  • Risk analysis and underwriting, including assessing clients' background information and rating scores.
  • Data collection and streamlining.
  • Supporting senior members and stakeholders with presentations, data gathering, report writing, and maintaining databases and data pipelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulations.
  • Providing training to the sales team across the country.

  • Minimum three years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in D&O insurance underwriting.
  • Hands-on experience in product development.
  • Proficiency in English.
Nice to Have:
  • Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Corporate Law.
  • Extensive background in E&O Insurance.
  • Knowledge and certification in Agile methodologies.
  • Ambitious and energetic, always seeking new solutions and ways of working.
