Dynamics CE Senior Developer – Work from home

What you’ll do
  • Review and audit customer journeys from website form entry in Dynamics 365 (D365) to lead disposition.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess system configurations and implement solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Review and audit customer journeys and call workflows; align system configurations with call log data.
  • Implement, test, and validate changes; coordinate deployment of changes into production.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with auditing and improving customer journeys and call workflows.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end changes from requirements gathering to production deployment.
  • Advanced English level required for work with US clients; strong written and spoken communication.

About the project

As a Dynamics CE Senior Developer, you will review, audit, and improve customer journeys in Dynamics 365 (D365), ensuring seamless operations from initial website form entry to final lead disposition. You will collaborate directly with leadership, assess system configurations, and implement solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and user experience.
