Position: Data Analyst

Hours: FT 40h / week

• Analyze customer behavior and performance data using Amplitude and SQL to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards in Amplitude to track key business metrics.
• Develop clear reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Monitor data accuracy and consistency, flag anomalies, and collaborate with the teams to resolve issues.
• Evaluate marketing and funnel performance, including acquisition cost efficiency and ROAS.
• Identify patterns and correlations in customer behavior to support growth and retention strategies.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions or validate hypotheses.
• Support tracking setup and improvements to ensure data accuracy.

• Daily hands-on experience with Amplitude.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in data visualization (Amplitude dashboards).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

• Basic Python scripting for data manipulation.
• Experience detecting and troubleshooting inaccurate data.
• Knowledge of tracking setup (e.g., GTM).
• Understanding of ROAS.
• Experience with eCommerce / DTC data.
• Familiarity with subscription metrics (LTV, churn).
