We are one of the most prestigious business and technology companies in Latin America, with a specialized methodology and technical team in automation and Hyperautomation.We are looking for an IDP Consultant to join our team and deliver end-to-end IDP solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze document requirements, design extraction strategies, configure IDP platforms, and orchestrate document workflows, including human-in-the-loop validation.What You’ll Do· Analyze documents and business requirements to define extraction feasibility and development effort.· Design and architect IDP solutions, including document classification, labeling strategies, extraction rules, NLP/ML models, and workflow design.· Build and manage workflows including validation and human-in-the-loop activities.· Conduct testing, performance evaluation, and quality assurance of extraction models.· Fine-tune classifiers, rules, and ML models to improve accuracy and meet KPIs.· Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.What We’re Looking For· Hands-on experience delivering IDP projects end-to-end.· Strong knowledge of document extraction techniques, like extraction rules, NLP, deep learning etc.· Experience with IDP solutions design, architecture, and workflow definition.· Familiarity with IDP tools such as UiPath Document Understanding, Kofax/ Tungsten, Amazon Textract, Google Document AI, Microsoft AI Builder / Document Intelligence.· Experience with ABBYY Vantage/FlexiCapture is highly desirable.· Knowledge of scripting languages (e.G. JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration.· Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
