We are seeking passionate people to join our team as Functionality Quality Assurance Analysts. In this role, you'll play a vital part in evaluating project quality through manual or automated testing, while also contributing to plans for preventing future failures during production. **As a Functionality Quality Assurance Analyst, you will**
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Technical review of the Development team's creation
- Review of good practice criteria, acceptance, performance, architecture, compatibility, optimization, and syntax convention/validation
- Collaborate with engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze the results
- Evaluate product code according to specifications
- Define and challenge acceptance criteria specifications
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the project development lifecycle
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge in Python, C#, C++ or other equivalent programming language
- Basic knowledge in tracing/profiling
- Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with defining new processes, tasks, and criteria in projects
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Practical knowledge of test management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactivity in supporting other team members
- Advanced English in: Writing and Reading; Intermediate in: Speaking
