Works with customer, sales, engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into solutions that drive customer success. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative solutions. Builds leadership relationships at multiple levels within organizations.

**About the Job**
**Key responsibilities**
You will have a unique perspective based on technology trends and business drivers and contribute to key business decisions and customer engagement strategies and initiatives. S/he must develop a comprehensive strategy and get results by:
- Lead efforts to create, identify, and respond to new opportunities for innovative projects and partnerships, with an emphasis on strategically increasing new business models.
- Work with the sales team to develop an overall plan for strategic accounts.
- Show insight to our customers and partners regarding Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure and optimal use.
- Assist or Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes and overcome objections in order to maximize opportunities.
- Develop strong knowledge of industry trends by developing proactive professional relationships with industry players.
- Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision making personnel to drive the sales process forward.
- Develop strong relationships with the relevant Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Has customer facing solution architecture experience, whit a deep understanding of cloud technology, business and operations.
- An experienced and credible technical expert with a deep enterprise cloud technical ability.
- A balance of strategic and tactical skills, with a high-level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought.
- An exceptional communicator who can write, present and effectively adjust messages to meet individual audiences and organizations.
- Experience in the ability to manage a customer during ground-breaking change.
- A proven track record to navigate and effectively collaborate with other departments and resources in large, sophisticated environments.
- Acts as an acknowledged authority for customers and sales on technical cloud solutions and customer success.
- Maintains expertise by staying current on emerging technologies.
- OCI Professional Architecture certification or other hyper-scalar cloud architecture certification is plus.
- Speaking Spanish is a plus.
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
Partners with customers, sales, engineering and product teams to design, demonstrate and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery, design and deployment.
