About the Job As a seasoned project leader, we are seeking an individual with exceptional technical and leadership skills to drive our software development projects forward. This role requires strong communication skills, enabling the successful conveyance of complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. We are looking for someone with at least 8 years of IT project management experience in Agile Scrum environments, specializing in application software development. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration is required, along with fluency in English. Required Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on development or coding experience is essential for this role. Strong leadership skills, including team management and motivation, are crucial for success in this position. Prior experience in managing Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts is highly desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps, user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics is also necessary. Ability to perform business analysis, including requirements gathering and process documentation. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope, managing budgets over $1M.
