Manager, Data Science Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Delivery Lead to join our HR team. As a Data Science Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven products and solutions that enhance our HR processes and decision-making at scale.

Role:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, data scientists, engineers, and designers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data-driven HR solutions.
  2. Work closely with data scientists to develop and refine algorithms, models, and analytics solutions that improve HR processes and decision-making.
  3. Lead the product development lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, testing, launch, and metering.
  4. Execute prioritized projects on time within budget and with appropriate data governance approvals.
  5. Build realistic project timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
  6. Prioritize product requirements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  7. Liaise between business and data science teams as requirements translator.
  8. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data-driven HR products.
  9. Thought leadership - stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data science and HR technology.

All About You:

  1. Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Product Manager, or similar role, with a focus on delivering data-driven products and solutions at scale in organizations.
  2. Strong understanding of data science concepts, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
  3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  4. Experience working with data visualization tools and platforms.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
  9. Knowledge of HR processes and practices is a plus.
