What To Expect In This Role (Responsibilities)
As a Senior AI Engineer, you are expected to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that accelerate software delivery and improve developer experience across the organization. Your role bridges advanced AI research and practical engineering execution, with a strong focus on impact, scalability, and collaboration.
Requirements
Apply your technical expertise across the full SDLC, including planning, coding, testing, releasing, and monitoring.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
Develop solutions using Python and scripting languages, navigating across AI models, infrastructure layers, and developer tools.
Operate in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP) and work with containerized systems (Docker, Kubernetes).
Leverage LLMs and code generation tools (e.g., Codex, GPT, Claude) to prototype and deploy AI-based developer tools.
Use AI to optimize development workflows—whether through prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
Continuously evaluate new technologies and approaches to enhance platform capabilities.
Work in a research-driven and experimental mindset—bringing curiosity, rigor, and iteration into your workflow.
Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Tackle problems proactively and creatively—finding opportunities where AI can accelerate delivery or improve developer experience.
Nice to Have
Published research or open-source contributions at the intersection of AI and software engineering.
Experience building or scaling internal developer platforms (IDPs).
A track record of applying AI to improve software quality, deployment safety, or observability.
