As a key engineer, you will be responsible for developing our core platform end-to-end, including backend services, data flows, infrastructure, and modern frontends. You will collaborate directly with founders to shape architecture, ship features quickly, and transform complex healthcare workflows into intuitive products. We are seeking an engineer with strong programming skills, AWS experience, and a startup mindset. Your expertise will drive the development of AI-driven features, scalable infrastructure, and clean data flows for machine learning models. Develop full-stack platform components (backend, pipelines, frontend) Implement AI-driven features for clinical and financial data Design secure, scalable infrastructure on AWS Ship features from 0→1 and influence product direction Must-Have Skills: Strong programming skills (any modern language) AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform experience Experience building platforms or products from scratch SQL + data modeling Streaming, queues, or event-driven systems expertise Startup mindset: autonomy, speed, ownership Nice-to-Haves: Go or Python experience Clean architecture / Domain-Driven Design knowledge AI/ML or LLM pipeline expertise Healthcare tech (EHR, RCM) experience HIPAA / PHI security knowledge HL7/FHIR/X12 familiarity
