This position is responsible for ensure the quality of each one of the raw materials that enter as well as that of the products in process and the finished product through instrumentation and physical chemist analysis, comply with the corporate quality standards for Colgate Palmolive and also support the quality activities with the operation team.
**What you will do**
- Promote and participate in the development of focused improvement activities.
- Follow and guide all operating personnel in compliance with the rules of order, organization and cleaning of equipment and the work environment.
- Participate in training related to FP&R and EHS activities.
- Maintain order, organization and cleanliness of equipment and the work environment.
- Performs other Duties as Assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacist or related field.
- Experience in chemistry technical analysis, chromatography, potentiometric titration, physical chemical basic applied in the industry.
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Manufacturing environment at cosmetic or pharmaceutical company.
- Solid experience with Google Suite tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Advanced English.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- SAP experience
- LIMS experience
- Data analytics
**Availability to work in the second shift, schedule to be confirmed.**
