Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential._**Title and Summary**Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition LACKey Responsibilities:- Align talent acquisition strategies with Mastercard’s talent agenda.- Design, plan, and coordinate talent acquisition efforts, ensuring scalability across regional and global activities.- Executes marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies (e.g. timed social media postings, segmentation-driven visuals), and collaborates with Communications to achieve designated objectives- Follows talent acquisition specific processes and systemsAll About You- Experience and familiarity supporting talent acquisition for Latin America & The Caribbean markets.- Track record delivering hiring results that meet business needs and expectations- Fluent in English and Spanish is required; Fluency in Portuguese is strongly desired but not required.- Bachelor Degree.**Corporate Security Responsibility**All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
